Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
