Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe learning environment
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques
Requirements
  • Current Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard certification
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED certification
  • Previous experience in teaching swimming lessons or a related field
  • Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per week
