Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pilot Equipment Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-house and on-site service support for pilot-scale water treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
  • Collect and analyze water samples to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Communicate daily with project managers to report issues and concerns.
  • Train customers on the operation of pilot equipment.
  • Ensure daily activities are conducted in a safe manner, meeting or exceeding customer and Veolia's safety policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with water treatment experience preferred.
  • Practical experience with mechanical and electrical equipment, with water treatment experience preferred.
  • Proficient in standard computer software programs, including MS Office.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) required, French considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA, with potential for international travel.
  • Ability to perform light manual tasks, including lifting and using hand and power tools.
