Job Title: Senior Water Treatment Specialist

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions Canada GP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Direction and Process Validation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of water treatment solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering Teams to support opportunities, including screening new opportunities during WIN reviews on a global basis.
  • Provide technical and process support to meet the Sales and Commercial Engineering team's respective needs.
  • Develop and/or assess process flowsheets for new and unique applications within the Services business.
  • Participate in P-table reviews prior to proposal submission to ensure the proposed solution is capable of meeting and achieving the treatment system's goals and product specifications.
  • Coach and mentor other TDPV team members, sharing your knowledge and background in your specific subject matter area of expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field, preferably with several years of hands-on working knowledge on process equipment or in a water/wastewater plant environment.
  • Proven experience in the development and assessment of process flowsheets, particularly for diverse applications within the water/wastewater industry.
