Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the mission and values of our organization
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with established guidelines
  • Achieve sales goals as outlined by the Supervisor
  • Ensure precise and effective transaction management
  • Keep the workspace clean and well-organized
  • Stay updated on all YMCA offerings and services
  • Interact with members to encourage their participation
  • Report any concerns to the Manager on Duty
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Certification in SAM and 7 Steps of Selling
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
