Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12 diploma or GED is mandatory; a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years in a Senior Administrative capacity is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of office operations and protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals and personalities.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated diplomacy, including conflict resolution and personnel management capabilities.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong computer proficiency.
- Proactive, with effective problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

General Responsibilities:
• Organize travel itineraries, arrange travel logistics, and secure reservations for senior management and executive personnel.
• Oversee the logistics of executive team initiatives, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
• Scrutinize all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, and spelling, making necessary edits.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, programs, and communications.
• Draft reports, compile background information, and conduct research.
• Coordinate office functions.
• Assess, prioritize, and distribute correspondence for the executive team.
• Facilitate communication among department managers and business unit leaders.
• Take and transcribe dictation notes.
• Prepare and review presentations.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
Direct Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative and office management assistance to all members of the executive team as directed.
• Maintain schedules and calendars for the executive management team.
• Uphold a positive and professional image of the corporate office to all visitors, suppliers, and inquiries.
• Ensure absolute confidentiality.
Physical Responsibilities:
• May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• May involve lifting between 50-75 lbs with assistance.
• Frequent hand use, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, and reaching may be necessary.
• Some stepping up, stepping down, and carrying may be involved.
