Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EJK Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards and efficient food preparation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and ReportingAccurately estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for meal preparation and minimizing waste.
Quality Control and AssuranceMonitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Communication and TeamworkDevelop and maintain excellent communication skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
ExperienceAt least 7 months of experience in a food service or related role.
Personal QualitiesExcellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong team player attitude.
