We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team at RHEA Inc. as a key contributor to our documentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex technical information and create clear, concise, and accurate documentation to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of software and electronic, mechanical, and other equipment.
- Conduct thorough research to establish factual content and gather necessary information to support documentation efforts.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with business objectives and meets customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure documentation remains relevant and effective.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
