We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at The Royal Hotel Chilliwack. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings with precision and flair.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and event standards
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful events and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
