Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Research and Development to lead our R&D endeavors. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture, a proven track record of successful project management, and a passion for driving advancements in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop Managers: Support and develop managers who are hands-on and experts in their field.
- Contribute to R&D Strategy: Contribute to and manage the overall research and development strategy.
- Plan and Direct R&D Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily R&D operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies to drive advancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical solutions.
- Promote a Culture of Teamwork: Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration, sharing good practices, including technical and business information with the team.

- Data Science and Business Intelligence: Experience in data science and/or business intelligence, especially experience with data warehousing.
- Computer Science Degree: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
