Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of workers, including scheduling and coordinating activities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections and implementing safety protocols.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines, including managing timelines and resources.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and manage materials and supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, including arranging for training and coaching.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
