Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Silver City Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
