Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Silver City Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Estimating and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and develop detailed project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations, and that workers are aware of and follow safety protocols.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed, and ensure that they are delivered to the construction site on time.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
