We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Transportation Planning team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate activities across the organization, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in transportation planning, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Professional Engineer (PEng) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working with major municipalities and government agencies.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in transportation planning.
