National Project Sales Director

This is a key leadership role within Black & McDonald's National Facility Services team. The National Project Sales Leader will be responsible for supporting project sales and customer care across Canada, working closely with the Senior Director of National Facility Service Sales.
Key Responsibilities- Participate and support national facility services sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Black & McDonald's go-to-market strategy and best practices with project sales staff nationally.
- Contribute to the development of strategies, tools, and training utilized by the national project sales team.
- Support the development of ongoing account management and client review efforts.
- Manage and ensure quality and delivery of client review documentation.
- Participate in product delivery initiatives, such as controls, energy, and sustainability, and other new products to the marketplace.
- Manage supplier relationships and initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing estimation and execution analysis.
- Manage and review customer satisfaction analysis.
- Establish and manage best practices in estimating and customer-facing document usage.
- Ability to embrace and incorporate Black & McDonald's go-to-market strategy.

- University degree in engineering or college diploma in a related field is considered an asset.

- Engineering and/or design background with direct project estimating and management experience.
- Demonstrable sales and negotiation experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop new business within and outside the existing customer base.
- Experience or demonstrable aptitude for managing and coaching a sales team responsible for proactive selling and customer care.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the facility service and management marketplace.
