Job Title: Parts Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our parts shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including purchasing and inventory clerks, storekeepers, and parts clerks
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
Work Environment:

This is a temporary work opportunity with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. You will be working in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre setting, shipping company or agency.

Language:

This role requires English language proficiency.
