About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Amaya Real Indian Food. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes that meet our high standards of taste and presentation
  • Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain our commitment to freshness and sustainability
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
