About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Amaya Real Indian Food. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus that showcase our Indian cuisine
  • Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and be able to lift heavy objects.
