Job Title: Child and Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Youth Worker to join our team at Pluming Eagle Lodge Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to children and youth in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement individualized care plans for clients
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops and programs
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work or child and youth care
  • Experience working with children and youth in a group home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform duties related to the position
