The Senior Manager of Critical Care Education and Aeromedical Transport holds a crucial leadership position aimed at advancing educational initiatives and excellence in critical care, aviation services, and inter-facility transfers. This role is instrumental in ensuring the provision of superior out-of-hospital care while empowering staff to cultivate and uphold essential competencies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing educational initiatives and curricula to foster ongoing clinical enhancement
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders to achieve targeted practice results
- Facilitating the application of knowledge from theoretical frameworks to practical settings
- Providing guidance in educational efforts across various clinical licensure levels within the organization
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Adult Education, Clinical Practice, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in healthcare or pre-hospital environments
- Experience in critical care within an aeromedical transport context
- Proficiency in developing and executing advanced practice educational programs
