POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Sous Chef at Arterra Wines Canada, you will be instrumental in enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Your role is vital in ensuring that every visitor enjoys an unforgettable experience that pairs beautifully with our exceptional wines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing culinary staffing and inventory levels.
  • Maintaining respectful communication with team members.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of seasonal menus and special events.
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings.
  • Implementing organizational systems to optimize daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of culinary experience.
  • Red Seal Certification is an asset.
  • Food Safe Level 2 Certification required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling.
