Key Responsibilities- Schedule Appointments and Manage Client Interactions: Schedule appointments with clients, identify their needs, and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Process Transactions and Handle Claims: Process billing transactions, bank deposits, and handle claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Market Insurance Products and Services: Work with our insurance agent to identify gaps in client insurance coverages and market appropriate products and services during client calls.
- Property & Casualty License: Possess a valid Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred) and be able to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
- Strong Work Ethic and Attendance Record: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a good attendance record with punctuality.
- Computer Skills and Interpersonal Abilities: Possess excellent computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills: Be proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Make Presentations: Possess the ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
This is an in-office work environment with a dynamic and fast-paced team.
