Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst specializing in Utilities and Property Management. This role will support the Purchasing Manager in the strategic development and execution of sourcing initiatives for various commodities across our North American operations. The successful candidate will leverage supplier and market intelligence to enhance sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the strategic sourcing and category management for all utility expenditures, including water, gas, and electricity, as well as site services across Brandt's North American footprint.
  2. Assist in formulating long-term sourcing strategies for designated projects or commodities.
  3. Develop expertise in the supply market for assigned categories and provide insights on market trends.
  4. Utilize supplier and market data to align business unit needs, create sourcing strategies, and strengthen Brandt's competitive edge.
  5. Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and the creation and oversight of supplier agreements.
  6. Establish and manage supplier relationships to fulfill Brandt's operational requirements.
  7. Comprehend the contracting process, including negotiation, contract drafting, and administration for assigned categories.
  8. Deliver contracts that are commercially viable and align with the business unit's technological, quality, and cost objectives, ensuring optimal protection of company assets.
  9. Oversee the management and negotiation of existing contracts while implementing new sourcing strategies.
  10. Prepare, draft, and publish requests for information and proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFx).
  11. Track and report on performance metrics to the Purchasing Manager.
  12. Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures related to the management of indirect spending.
  13. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
