Position Overview:

This role will play a vital part in the planning, evaluation, and execution of significant initiatives integral to this strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop plans and actions that facilitate the advancement of initiatives and strategies.
  2. Engagement and Consultation with Stakeholders:
    1. Leading sessions and workshops with healthcare staff and partners.
    2. Gathering requirements effectively.
    3. Mapping out processes for clarity and efficiency.
  3. Conducting analyses and reporting on current and prospective states, including evaluating various options.
  4. Evaluating the feasibility, impact, effectiveness, and cost-benefit of proposed initiatives.
  5. Preparing documentation and business cases for potential procurement and budget considerations.
  6. Willingness to travel within the province may be required.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of five years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role.
  2. Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Primary Care within Canadian jurisdictions, is advantageous.
  3. Demonstrated experience at a senior level on at least one large-scale project involving significant transformational changes to personnel, business systems, and processes.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work, influence, and communicate effectively across all levels of a complex organization.
  5. Strong facilitation skills with experience in leading large workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.
  6. Outstanding writing skills with a background in drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
  7. Proficient in translating between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT teams.
  8. Familiarity with Virtual Care tools and technologies is a plus.

Compensation: $90 per hour.
