Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop plans and initiatives that drive strategic objectives.
- Engaging and consulting with stakeholders through:
- Facilitating workshops.
- Gathering requirements.
- Mapping processes.
- Conducting analysis and reporting on current and prospective states, including evaluating options.
- Assessing the feasibility, impact, effectiveness, and cost-benefit of proposed initiatives.
- Preparing documentation and business cases for potential procurement and budget proposals.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Proven experience at a senior level on at least one large-scale project involving significant transformational changes to personnel, business systems, and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively working, influencing, and communicating with all levels within a complex organization.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in leading large workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.
- Outstanding writing skills with experience in drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
- Ability to effectively bridge communication between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT teams.
- Familiarity with Virtual Care tools and technologies.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Primary Care within Canadian jurisdictions, is considered an asset.
