Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at District 65 Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our guests.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including international cuisine and special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliability, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.
