Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
