About the Role

The Change, Learning and Communications Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring effective communication strategies. Reporting to the Global Director, Planning and Project Services, the successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, support the CIO in IT and organizational communication, and act as a project subject matter expert in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a repeatable change management strategy and playbook to support organizational initiatives and projects.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure key messages are effectively communicated to employees.
  • Coach and develop members of the team, help identify gaps across IT teams, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in change management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
