About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Strategist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Strategy+ practice, you will play a critical role in driving transformation within our client organizations by applying strategic thinking and organizational psychology principles.

As an Organizational Strategist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovation strategies that address complex organizational challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support organizational change and development
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on organizational effectiveness and change management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science) + four (4) years of experience in organizational strategy, change management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in organizational change management and development
  • Knowledge of business strategy and organizational effectiveness principles
