RB Tek Concept is seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team in the production of high-quality furniture. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing wooden products, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Finishing: Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units and reinforce joints.
- Surface Preparation: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics.
- Material Handling: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
- Support Functions: Clean machines and immediate work areas, assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Environment: Noisy work site environment.
- Work Setting: Furniture manufacturing company.
