Join J-Line Transport Limited, a family-owned business with a strong reputation, as a Dispatcher to play a crucial role in Driver Support, Customer Relations, Sales, and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Input daily orders into TMW Truckmate dispatch program
  • Coordinate, schedule, and assign drivers and trucks based on customer requirements and to fully utilize and move equipment efficiently
  • Ability to communicate over the phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Adobe Acrobat
  • Tracking and communicating delivery information to customers
  • Assist with customs preparation (ACE & ACI) when needed
  • Provide updates as they occur to the operations team and customers on significant issues
  • Maintain a solid understanding of market conditions
  • Provide occasional support to customers and drivers after hours/weekends when needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years prior flatbed and cross-border dispatching experience
  • TMW Truckmate experience a plus
