Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15565588 Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and manage staff performance to maintain high standards.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Staff Scheduling: Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
