About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Banaadiri Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
