Position Overview

As a Construction Project Supervisor at KS Constructions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize CADD and other relevant software for project planning and execution.
  • Training Oversight: Manage and oversee apprenticeship training programs.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids for projects.
  • Reporting: Generate production and progress reports for management review.
  • Staffing: Recruit, hire, and manage construction personnel.
  • Activity Coordination: Schedule and coordinate activities among various teams.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop methods to meet project timelines.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials and supplies for projects.
  • Work Supervision: Supervise construction workers and oversee project progress.
  • Training Facilitation: Provide training or arrange for training sessions for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
