About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Good 2 Build Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that projects are built according to plan.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
