Position Overview

As a Construction Site Supervisor at TAGGAR CONSTRUCTION INC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive production and progress reports.
  • Supervision: Directly supervise workers and manage various projects on-site.
  • Training: Oversee the apprenticeship training programs to ensure skill development.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs and required materials for construction tasks.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Site Management: Provide effective supervision of construction activities on-site.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.
