About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including financial and operational updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy construction sites.
  • Work Setting: Construction sites.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
