Position Overview
Our client is in search of dynamic and seasoned Bilingual Insurance Advisors to contribute to their rapid expansion within the Direct to Consumer Distribution sector. The newest members of the team will assist in managing their Direct, Group, and Affinity portfolios by delivering tailored insurance solutions to both new and existing clients. They are looking for sales-driven and customer-oriented individuals who excel in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing customer insurance requirements and providing suitable insurance solutions
  • Quoting and selling Home and Auto insurance policies
  • Guiding new clients through their Home and Auto insurance inquiries
  • Updating existing client policies to meet their evolving needs and offering new products as necessary
  • Enhancing customer retention by delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Underwriting new business, policy endorsements, and renewals by gathering all pertinent information from clients related to pricing and risk assessment
  • Keeping abreast of underwriting and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree
  • Proven sales and customer service experience (required)
  • OTL or RIBO license is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with the capability to align products with client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient computer skills with the capacity to learn new software
  • Experience in insurance sales/service and underwriting is an asset
  • Active pursuit of CIP or FCIP designation is a plus
