About the Role

At HUB International Ontario Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of personal insurance and find tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your industry expertise to deliver exceptional client service, providing personalized advice and guidance to ensure our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most effective and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise, with a deep understanding of personal insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in broker management systems, such as EPIC and ARS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
