Job Title: Immigration Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Program Coordinator to join our team at Hadson Immigration. As an Immigration Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our immigration programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
