Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KHAGHAN RESTAURANT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to maintain profitability
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
