Job Title : Treasury Analyst

Location : Toronto, ON

Contract Duration : 6 months with extensions possible

We are currently in search of a proficient Treasury Analyst with a strong background in SWIFT operations to become a vital part of our team in Toronto.

Role Overview: As a Treasury Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to oversee our organization’s treasury functions, which encompass cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial reporting. You will be instrumental in ensuring the precise execution of SWIFT transactions and nurturing robust banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily treasury activities while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Accurately manage and execute SWIFT transactions in a timely manner.
  • Create and sustain cash flow forecasts to enhance liquidity management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Offer insights and suggestions to refine treasury processes and systems.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations, particularly with SWIFT transactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and treasury management software.
