Treasury Software Consultant (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:The Treasury Software Consultant will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, focusing on onboarding, training, and providing support for our Investment and Debt solutions.
Aquila Software Group delivers integrated solutions designed to streamline and enhance core investment, debt, and cash accounting functions for public sector organizations. Our offerings aim to improve accuracy and reliability in financial reporting while minimizing manual tasks.
Specific Duties: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Treasury Software Consultant will cultivate strong client relationships while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our treasury product offerings. The responsibilities include:
- Managing software implementations, including project oversight and data migrations for both new and existing clients.
- Providing ongoing software support and resolving client issues.
- Evaluating current implementation and support processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Leading initiatives to document procedures and client FAQs to optimize internal operations.
- Conducting product webinars and training sessions for existing clients.
- Supporting the sales team with RFPs and product demonstrations.
- Engaging with clients to ensure effective product utilization and collaborating across departments to enhance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or implementing financial software, with a preference for treasury software.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and/or project management, with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of balancing various priorities.
- Positive demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk/Ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site training and implementations.
