Join Our Team:
As a Client Services Administrator within the Investor Relations sector at TMX Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage proactively with security holders through various communication channels to ensure a superior customer service experience.
  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses to a diverse range of inquiries, assisting with transfer-related requests and addressing client concerns.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to collective success and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Adhere to compliance practices and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests.
  • Assist clients in utilizing TMX Trust digital tools effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of account statements, updates to account information, and management of security stops and access codes.
  • Identify and report trends, complaints, and opportunities for service enhancement to management.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Legal and Estates Operations Team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity or within a contact/call center in a dynamic financial or service industry.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a passion for engaging with clients to provide practical solutions.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
  • A commitment to creating outstanding client experiences and a curiosity to address client needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Language Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset.
