- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and supervisory experience may be considered.
- NRP certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
- ACLS/TNCC certification or willingness to complete within one year.
- PALS certification is an asset.
- Proven clinical competence and leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a safe patient care environment.
- Capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
- Proficient in managing public relations with patients' families and friends.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and independent problem-solving.
- Physical capability to fulfill the duties of the position.
