The Healthcare Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the admission, discharge, and transfer processes for patients and is accountable for overseeing patient care coordination as needed.

This position ensures the smooth flow of patients through the effective management of bed allocation and utilization, guarantees appropriate staffing levels, and advocates for patients receiving high-quality care.

The Healthcare Services Coordinator collaborates with Program Leaders to uphold and enhance patient care standards and is tasked with managing operations in the absence of senior management and administrative personnel.


Work Schedule: Days, 05:00 to 16:42 (Rotating)

Candidate Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

  • NRP certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
  • ACLS/TNCC certification or willingness to complete within one year.
  • PALS certification is an asset.
