Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Trato Foods Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and package take-out food for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a consistent supply of fresh ingredients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in English, and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
