About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KJE Investments Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, overtime required, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
