Job Summary

Chachi's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, operate a cash register, and handle customer transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and sandwiches.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
