IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal staff, assisting with maintenance of our IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot or repair problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
  • Set up new users on phones, voicemail, cellular phones, pagers, software systems, and train new users on communication equipment
  • Keep accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software inventory
  • Assist with user training and IT education as needed
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or relevant work experience in IT Support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac Operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining software
