Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Support Specialist to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal staff, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Pick up calls from the queue and assist users with technical issues
  • Troubleshoot or repair problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
  • Monitor and maintain workstations and other end-user devices
  • Monitor and maintain user permissions and rights
  • Set up new users on phones, voicemail, cellular phones, pagers, software systems, and train new users on communication equipment
  • Keep accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software inventory
  • Assist with user training and IT education as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or relevant work experience in IT Support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac Operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
